Leadership

Senior leaders at University Campus Oldham guide academic strategy, student experience and partnership development across all higher education provision.

Executive team

The Principal and Chief Executive leads the institution alongside the Director of University Campus Oldham and Assistant Principal for Higher Education. Together they set strategic priorities, manage validation partnerships and represent UCO regionally.

Academic leadership

Subject area leads and programme leaders oversee curriculum design, staffing and student outcomes within their disciplines. They chair validation events, employer advisory boards and student voice forums.

Student-facing leadership

Heads of Student Services, library and careers teams ensure support services align with the needs of higher education learners, from enrolment through to graduation and alumni engagement.
